2015-2020 Shelby GT350 Mustang Performance Parts & Accessories
With the S550 Mustang launch in full effect in 2015, Ford Performance knew that they had launched a goldmine. To take advantage of this opportunity, Ford Performance and Mustang engineers alike knew they had to go to new lengths to take on rivals such as the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. Using lessons learned from the first decade of the Mustang and Carroll Shelby, Ford went to work, creating the first production built by Shelby GT350 constructed ever since 1965. In the early months of 2015, Ford Performance unveiled a long-awaited new addition to the long lineage of all-out track-ready Shelby's.
Finally, after fifty-year hiatus, the legendary snake was back amongst Mustangs' lineup, only this time meaner, more powerful, and the most capable handling ever from the showroom floor. When debuted it took the Ford Performance world by storm instantly, Steeda took notice of the all-new Shelby GT350 quickly by creating a plethora of performance parts to make the already potent serpent and inject even more venom into its veins. Since then, we have been offering a wide variety of components, including suspension, cold air intakes, brake pads, and k-members, to give this Cobra more venom to its bite.
Ever since the S550 Mustang debuted in New York back in 2015, the world was taken by storm as Ford yet did it again with a revitalization amongst the faithful. Unlike past generations of Mustang, it would take cues from all previous five ages to create something unlike anything before. With that said, the all-new Mustang GT was the most powerful of any to come before it; something was still missing to the lineup in terms of a halo car. Luckily, thanks to the legendary serpent's fiftieth anniversary in the Shelby GT350, Ford took advantage of the opportunity to make it straight to the Camaro ZL1 and its competitor to show them who is the king of muscle and pony cars.
With a first-ever 5.2L FPC (Flat Plane Crank) Ti-VCT, 529 horsepower and 429 lb/ft of torque with a red line of 8,250 RPM, it was a complete first for any of the big three American auto manufacturers to build a production high-revving V8. In combination with the most sophisticated factory suspension, vehicle dynamics, and drivetrain, Ford Performance knew they had something special that would take reign of the American pony car segment. To further enhance these unique characteristics, Steeda made sure they design, created, and engineered performance parts that would take the Shelby snake to new heights. Whether you want to get better handling through lowering springs, more power through a cold air intake, and exhaust, all of these will inject more venom to achieve the ultimate driving experience.
