Responsibilities:
Our growing Team is looking for someone with mig and tig welding experience with an eye for detail.

Qualifications:

  • Mig Welding experience: 5 years (Required).
  • Tig Welding: 5 years (Preferred).
  • Metal Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Experience with jig setups.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints.
  • Welding Tubular Steel while using various techniques as needed.

Responsibilities:
Applicant needs to be able to set up and operate a variety of CNC Machines, Lathes and Mills, to produce precision parts and instruments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years machining experience (Required).
  • Programming experience (Preferred).
  • Ability to fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
  • Applying knowledge of mechanics.
  • Shop mathematics.
  • Knowledge of metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with short cycle times (1 to 15 minutes per part).

Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will perform suspension & driveline repairs & installs in accordance with Steeda & Ford Motor Company factory and industry standards and work closely with other team members to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction & to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of automotive experience including but not limited to suspension, driveline repairs, installs & basic service (oil changes, wheel alignment, etc.).
  • ASE certified in Suspension/Drivetrain
  • Strong Ford IDS knowledge.
  • High School diploma / GED.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Valid drivers license with clean record.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to drive a forklift.
  • Be able to work weekends at racing events (as necessary)
