E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant (Valdosta, GA)

Overview:
In this role primary function is to upload automotive performance products on 3D Cart Ecommerce platform working under direct supervision of the New Product Manager. Other duties can include photographing product for ecommerce listings and in support of marketing social media campaigns. You may also assist in Implementing web product merchandising schemes, designing, editing and posting various informational and sales banners

Responsibilities:

  • Create, assemble, harvest, modify and/or edit product content, including text, images, pricing and specifications, applying consistent design elements to insure continuity
  • Author unique product descriptions consistent with automotive specific SEO keywords
  • Ability to use computer technology; ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Overview:
Steeda Valdosta is seeking 2 Vehicle Dynamic Engineers.

Job Summary:
Design and evaluation of new and existing products.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop of new products for various vehicles.
  • Improve upon existing designs for current products.
  • Analysis of exiting products in the marketplace and comparison to Steeda’s product line.
  • Communicate with machine shop, welding and assembly on production of new products.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of Solid Works, Geometric, Mastercam, and kinematics software.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics and hard points.
  • Faro Arm and 3D printer experience necessary.
Experience:
5 years of on the job experience in Vehicle Dynamics and Manufacturing Special Requirements:
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years machining experience (Required).
  • Programming experience (Preferred).
  • Ability to fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
  • Applying knowledge of mechanics.
  • Shop mathematics.
  • Knowledge of metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will perform suspension & driveline repairs & installs in accordance with Steeda & Ford Motor Company factory and industry standards and work closely with other team members to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction & to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of automotive experience including but not limited to suspension, driveline repairs, installs & basic service (oil changes, wheel alignment, etc.).
  • ASE certified in Suspension Drivetrain
  • Strong Ford IDS knowledge.
  • High School diploma / GED.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Valid drivers license with clean record.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to drive forklift.
  • Be able to work weekends at racing events (as necessary)
