2024 Mustang GT Drag Car - Steeda Silver Bullet 2.0
With every new generation Mustang comes a new platform to test, validate, and push the limits. That is no different for the new 2024 Mustang, dubbed the S650 platform. As some may remember, we took a bone-stock 2018 Mustang GT and pushed it to a record-breaking 9-second quarter mile naturally-aspirated! Then, we slapped an Edelbrock Supercharger on, and pushed it deep into the mid-8s. This car was named the Steeda Silver Bullet.
With the new 2024 Mustang, comes a new testbed to turn the volume knob up to 11! Our team took this car down the dragstrip during Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach, SC in undesirable, hot conditions to a 12.56 @ 114 in stock form. With our success of the 2018 Mustang drag program, it didn't take long for us to dive in deep on the new S650 with a true recipe for success.
The 2024 Mustang Silver Bullet 2.0's fastest run is now an 10.938 at 128.40 MPH! Stay tuned as we continue to push the envelope even further with the new S650 platform!
