Meet The Team: Eric Westover & His Steeda Q500 Enforcer

Here at Steeda, we pride ourselves on not only developing enthusiast parts but being enthusiast sourselves. Our graphic designer Eric Westover is the perfect example of a Mustang enthusiast since he has been for years. Eric drives his two Mustangs hard whenever he gets the chance to and one of them - a Triple Yellow Steeda Q500 Enforcer - has made its appearance quite a few times on the Steeda YouTube channel. Eric played a major role in the Utah Mustang Club as Webmaster and designer where he first saw the Q500 and interacted with Steeda, and joined us shortly after.

Eric drives his two high-performance Mustangs (one being an S281 Saleen coupe) both around town and on long-distance drives frequently and has even brought the Q500 to the drag strip for a 12.2-second pass on his first attempt in the car. We have used Eric’s car to test exhausts, wheels, and more to prepare products for use on the S550 Mustangs. The Q500 Enforcer is one of the best-looking and best-driving Mustangs on the market, and having Eric here with the car is a serious treat.

How did you get this car?

A friend of mine was waiting for his Q850 to be built and had this to show off.Whenmy wife and i saw it, it was love at first sight.

What got you into Mustangs?

My friend in high school had a Fox Body and he let me drive around in it a bit.That got me into Mustangs and how much fun they are to drive. With that, another friend had a 1998 GTConvertible that he let me take out for the evening as well, which led to me buying one about 7 years ago.

What's one of your best memories with this car?

My wife and I were able to take this car to Anaheim for the Auto Enthusiast Show and have the car in the Steeda booth with other cars. Was definitely a fun memory.
