Forging aligns the grain structure of the aluminum throughout the arm, producing a part that resists bending and cracking under load far better than stamped or welded alternatives. There are no weld heat-affected zones to become stress concentration points, so the arm maintains its integrity even under repeated off-road impacts or heavy towing cycles.
POM ball joints with full greasability. The included ball joints use a POM (polyoxymethylene) ball race that dramatically reduces the coefficient of friction compared to standard metal-on-metal designs.
