Moroso's large-body air-oil separator plumbs directly into the PCV system of the 1996-2004 Mustang GT 4.6L, intercepting that contamination before it reaches the intake tract and returning cleaner air to the engine.
Billet aluminum construction with internal baffling. The large-body separator uses a billet aluminum housing packed with internal baffling and mesh media to strip oil droplets and moisture from crankcase vapors. The polished finish can be chromed, painted, or powder coated to suit the engine bay aesthetic, and the large body offers 43% more capture capacity than Moroso's small-body version.
A clean drain with no mess. A bottom drain port with an elbow fitting lets you empty collected oil without pulling the separator or making a mess in the engine bay. The large body design makes routine maintenance straightforward and fast.
Complete kit, ready to install. Moroso includes heavy-duty brass inlet and outlet fittings, fuel/emission/PCV vapor hose, a stainless steel mounting bracket, and a billet aluminum mounting clamp. Every component needed for a clean, secure installation comes in the box.
