GD series rotors are 100% machined in the UK from R90-approved blanks, with the majority cast in EU-accredited foundries operating to ISO and BS5750 standards. Every rotor clears a 100% runout, metallurgy, and dimensional check before release, and each unit is balanced and runout-inspected as a final step. The GD7641 slots are cut at EBC's Las Vegas or UK facility rather than outsourced.
