Give your 2015-2019 Mustang the proven performance of Steeda manufactured suspension parts. This Steeda Stage 1 Handling Package - Sport Progressive for your 2015+ Mustang EcoBoost is designed to improve cornering grip, handling balance, reduce brake dive, and reduce body roll while maintaining exceptional ride quality.

This Steeda Stage 1 Handling Package - Sport Progressive for your 2015+ Mustang EcoBoost will also lower the vehicle about 1.125" in the front and 1" in the rear, for a great appearance and improved weight distribution.

Our Steeda Stage 1 Handling Package - Sport Progressive come paired with our Steeda Mustang Sport Springs - Progressive. These springs are a great daily driving spring much like our other line of Steeda Springs, and are engineered to perform exceptionally on the track. The progressive rate of the springs will increase spring rate as your Mustang's body roll increases, giving you improved corner handling at high speeds.

Our sway bars have machined steel billet sway bar ends, whereas others on the market have coined ends. What does this mean? Our sway bar ends are machined out of billet steel round stock, in-house, on our multi-axis CNC lathes and go through hundreds of computer simulations to ensure the ultimate in strength and performance - this provides greater resistance to bending stresses, and has three major advantages:
  1. These parts are less prone to cracking/fatigue failure on the ends themselves.
  2. It also reduces unwanted deflection in the sway bar end. Excess deflection creates unwanted geometry changes, which physically changes your sway bar stiffness to a non-ideal rate.
  3. With less unwanted deflection, our bars will 'wear out' slower - any spring will eventually become softer over time as it is cycled through its life, our bars will maintain their designed rate for longer with less unwanted deflection.

Our bar rates are developed and optimized through advanced vehicle dynamic simulation and through extensive real-world testing. We engineered these bars to control the vehicles' roll stiffness properly while still allowing you to run softer springs. This optimizes your overall grip and balance of the vehicle while still allowing you to maintain exceptional ride quality.

Confidence Inspiring
Just got this package installed the other at my local performance shop, and let me tell you, this is the bees knees! Before my 2018 Mustang had so much body roll. I came from a BRZ, so cornering was my thing. I finally pulled the trigger and picked up this package and it made a world of difference. I feel so much more confident going into corners now. If you are unsure about getting these, don't even worry, your money is well spent.

Up down, left right, it's under control
I know the term is overused but it's true, this mod is a night and day difference from stock. Takeoff or hard braking are greatly improved with no dips and rolls, and steering has a new authority to it without roll. I drove to Valdosta to have it installed and got a great price on labor and got it done RIGHT.

wheel hop on my car is 100% eliminated
A couple of months ago, I started looking into overhauling the suspension of my 2015 GT PP. Up to that point, I had put about 7000 miles on my Mustang which allowed me to get a good sense of the issues with the IRS and overall suspension in stock form. Specifically, I wanted to stiffen up the entire rear end and eliminate the dreaded wheel hop while keeping NVH as close to the stock levels as possible. I also decided to replace the stock PP springs and sway bars in order to improve the overall handing, reduce body roll/brake dive and get rid of the bouncy ride. After going through a ton of feedback on the various solutions from the aftermarket (a lot of which came from fellow mustang6g members), I decided to go with Steeda. Below are the parts I chose to go with. Differential Bushings (Red/Street) Subframe Alignment Kit Subframe Bushing Support Vertical Links Rear Toe Link Subframe Suport Braces Linear Sport Springs Front and Rear Sway Bars and Billet Sway Bar Mounts Bumpsteer Kit I already had the Extreme G-Trak Brace installed. Now to the most important part...the results. The handling of the car is on a whole different level after the suspension upgrades. Minimal pitch and roll during braking, turns and transitions. Overall, the entire car is very tight with much better turn in. As expected, the biggest improvement is the rear end. The power delivery through the IRS is fantastic. The wheel hop on my car is 100% eliminated. The rear tires feel as if they are glued to the ground. Coming out of corners, I am able to get on the throttle earlier and more aggressively without any drama. In terms of NVH, I hear some gear whine in 6th gear under minimal throttle between 75 and 80mph (windows closed/stereo off) as a result of the differential bushing inserts. Apart from that, I can't tell a difference compared to stock. Even the ride quality feels great. My fiance couldn't tell that anything had been done to the car. Overall, I am very happy with the results. Props to Steeda for the excellent work they have done. In the near future, I am looking forward to adding a quality set of performance shocks/struts and hitting the road course.

I now have ZERO wheel hop!
I forgot to update this after installing the Steeda springs and wheel hop kit, I've had them on for a couple weeks now. I'm loving the look with the springs, and there is definitely a noticeable difference in handling. Ride quality suffers a little, but it's not terrible. The wheel hop kit (IRS subframe bushing support system) does exactly what it's advertised to do, I now have ZERO wheel hop!

Suspension - Wife approved!
I can't tell you how much grief my wife has given me over my decision to lower my S550. In her defense, I've lowered my last 3 cars and made all of them to the point she hated to ride in them. The last one I even tried 2 sets of springs and 3 damper solutions. It got a barely livable rating from her on the final setup on that car. I just got the Steeda Progressive lowering springs installed, along with the front and rear sway bars with billet mounts. I've heard others here say good things so we were optimistic, well at least I was. I think I may have over-sold it just a little based on comments I heard. It didn't completely get rid of the bumps but they are much better. I'm not talking about bumps like bridge buckles, they are VERY nice now, way better than stock. I'm talking about the aggravating bouncing my EB PP had just riding down the highway. I'm not saying it doesn't bounce, it's still there but better. That alone to me is AMAZING! I lowered the car, the handling is FANTASTIC now AND at the same time, the ride got BETTER! I gotta say I'm still SHOCKED! I was to the point that I just believed that with the reduced spring travel you will always have a rougher ride. The fact that my wife actually likes the ride better now to me is INVALUABLE! It means that spending money for the next mod will bring less scrutiny. The car looks so much better lowered. I can't really say how much of the handling is attributable to the springs since I did the sway bars at the same time but the combination is just fantastic! Thank you [email protected] for the recommendations!

Steeda got it right
I had my progressive springs and well, many other suspension goodies installed last Friday in Valdosta and I can tell the car rides like it is on rails now. Even with the rough roads here in South Carolina I haven't come close to bottoming out or needing the bump stops. Again all I can say is Steeda got it right.
