Steeda's 22.5 mm rear swaybar is designed for any 2-wheel drive Ford Fusion. An absolute must for any enthusiast. You will not believe the difference this bar makes! A bolt-in design that replaces the factory rear swaybar with almost double the roll stiffness.

Steeda's engineers designed this bar specifically to provide improved handling balance without producing excessive oversteer due to too much roll stiffness like other oversized bars will.

Comes complete with Urethane bushings and new swaybar brackets.

2010 Fusion 3.0
I regularly drive on some country roads with many turns and curves and the 22.5 mm swaybar in combination with the strut tower brace, larger wheels and tires, and stiffer springs (not lowered) dramatically changed the handling characteristics making the car really fun to drive. Having installed each at separate times I can say it was the swaybar that make the most significant difference.

Amazing difference
This strut bar made a huge difference and was the best thing I've done to the car so far. Well worth it!

Great swaybar for mazda 6
I installed this 22.5 rear sway bar on my 08 Mazda 6s and wow, what a difference in handling! It brought the car right to neutral balance, which was exactly what I was after. Installation was straight forward. Oh, it's a good idea to replace your old endlinks too if they have some age since this bar is stiffer and will put pressure on your old links. Steeda was very helpful with tech advice too.

Mazda 6 Wagon/Sedan
This was the perfect diameter for my 2004 Mazda 6s V6 Automatic Wagon. Installation was very straight forward and easy. The supplied Energy Suspension poly bushings are grease-able Zerk fittings. Nice improvement to balance, even paired with the 23mm stock front. Perfect for spirited daily driving for the motoring enthusiast.

A definite improvement over stock!
A definite improvement over stock! There is a notable difference in cornering but to get the full effects you will need the rear end links. If you're planning on lowering your Fusion this is a must have addition!

After the great results with strut brace, next level attained
At 9,000 miles, after putting strut brace on the front, I wondered what a bigger bar on the back might do. The 2009 and up Fusion has a welded suspension carrier, unlike previous years that bolted together. I ended up taking the car to my local Ford dealer for the install, as the exhaust had to drop and the car had to have about 28 of clearance to fit the bar in place. The results are astounding. Still, with stock Continental 16 rubber, I can sail around 30 mph ramps at 50 mph with dead steady and flat cornering. My Fusion is only a 2.3l, but it drives like a BMW 5 series now. The Ford tech who installed the bar told me he had put one on an MKZ and the guy didn't like the harsh ride, but I don't have any harshness, just flat and level ride all the time. No wallow, no dip and no sway. It did stiffen things up a bit in the rear, and I wouldn't want to not have the strut tower brace, but this is a nice addition that gives my Fusion more spunk on the go.

Well worth it!
Product does exactly as advertised...makes a big difference in handling and stability as speed. stock the car had a wallow that was a little unnerving. Great product but after having for two years has lost almost all of its blue powder-coat.

Improved handling
Improved Handling - 2012 Fusion SEL The process of disassembly /assembly was straight forward and went smooth for the most part. Getting the old bar out proved to be a small pain given how the bracket is welded vs. bolted like earlier models. Driving afterwards . . . a little firmer ride, but so much improved in the corners. A note worth mentioning . . . the zerks on the poly bushing bracket . . . I found an appropriate silicone based grease just like that which was supplied with the original product and in a tube that fits in a typical grease gun. This product can be found at Hotchkis Suspension. It's not cheap, but it is convenient vs. pulling the bushings off the car to lube them when its time.
