Customer Reviews

installation warning...Time consuming
I have a 2015 ST, installing these was very hard and time consuming . on my year the center console has to be removed, it is really easy to scratch or break plastic parts. i went to tool store to purchase nylon trim removal tools. also there is a video online "focustripp" who has a pretty detailed video of doing this job. it took me about four hours to do mine i took my time and walked away when i got frustrated and you will.. but saying that coupled with the trans bushings my shifter is tighter and way better with no more slop..

Very happy
Installation is pretty straight forward. Only complaint I have is trying to put everything together without losing the bottom bushing pieces. My solution is that I used 4 smaller zip ties that I could thread the head into the holes and use them as guides so to speak, worked great after that. Installed with shifter bracket bushings and short shifter kit so I'm not sure how much these helped by themselves but as a whole I'm very happy with the whole package.
