150lb springs are recommended for lightened cars with light weight K-members, fiberglass hoods, and aluminum cylinder heads
175lb springs are recommended for with only minimal front end weight removed or 351 windsor engine with aluminum heads.
200lb springs are recommended for cars with stock or slightly heavier than stock front end weight.
