Skyjacker Suspension's 4" suspension lift kit gives your SuperDuty a factory-like, comfortable ride while responding to on or off-road conditions. This kit is a real suspension lift with both front and rear springs. Unlike spacer lift kits, your truck gains more suspension travel, better articulation, less leaf spring wrap, and more traction on uneven surfaces. They help you get the right height, clearance, and attitude on your truck and maintain that factory ride quality while improving handling. With added off-road ability, your SuperDuty will benefit from a bold, tough look. 4" lift kit clears up to 35" x 12.50" tires. The kit comes with all of the necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions. Skyjacker's Hydraulic Hydro 7000 series Shocks are included with this kit. Kit includes front coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, radius arm relocation brackets, steering stabilizer bracket, front sway bar lowering brackets, front bump stop spacers, front brake line extension brackets, & rear leaf springs.
Note: Lift is specifically designed to not require a drop pitman arm.
