Precision-fit injection molding. Advanced injection molding technology shapes each mat to the exact contours of the Super Duty crew cab floor, eliminating the gaps and bunching that let dirt migrate under a universal mat. The result is full coverage across the footwell with no trimming required.

Spill Saver Lip keeps liquids contained. A raised perimeter lip surrounds each mat and traps liquid spills, mud slurry, and snow melt before they can soak into the carpet. The lip is molded as part of the mat, so it holds its shape over time rather than collapsing like an add-on barrier.
