Rough Country's Rear Air Spring Kit solves that problem by adding adjustable pneumatic support between the frame and axle, keeping your 2017-2026 4WD F-250 or F-350 level under any load condition. The kit supports up to 5,000 lbs, handles everything from daily hauling to towing heavy trailers, and installs with standard hand tools in approximately 5-6 hours.

Double convoluted air bags built for sustained load duty. Each air bag uses a double convoluted design that distributes load evenly across the bag body, resisting premature wear and holding pressure consistently whether you are running empty or at max payload. Powder-coated steel brackets anchor everything securely to the factory mounting points, and DOT-approved airlines connect the system throughout.

1/4-inch push-to-connect fittings keep installation straightforward. Every component needed for a complete installation is included in the box. The push-to-connect air fittings eliminate the need for specialized plumbing tools, and the included bracketry aligns directly with existing hardware on the Super Duty frame. Minor drilling is required during installation.

An optional onboard compressor and wireless controller add on-the-go adjustment. For operators who regularly switch between loaded and unloaded configurations, Rough Country offers an optional onboard air compressor with a wireless remote controller. Pressure adjustments happen from inside the cab without connecting an external pump, making load balancing faster and more convenient on long hauls or job sites.
