Each strut ships fully assembled, cutting install time down to 2-3 hours with basic hand tools and no spring compressor work at the bench.

46mm monotube construction for fade-free performance. Unlike twin-tube designs, the monotube layout separates oil from nitrogen gas, preventing aeration and heat fade during sustained off-road use. The 46mm digressive piston controls both low-speed body roll and high-speed impacts with a single valving stack, delivering consistent damping whether you are crawling a trail or cruising a highway on-ramp.

Self-adjusting deflective-disc valving reacts to the terrain. Independent rebound and compression circuits use deflective discs that flex in proportion to input speed, so the strut softens over small chatter bumps and firms up instantly when a larger impact demands it. The result is better composure on washboard dirt roads and more predictable handling during hard braking or cornering.

Built to resist wear and corrosion over the long term. The 18mm piston rod is centerless-ground, case-hardened, chromed, and super-polished to minimize friction and resist surface corrosion. A 2-inch seamless extruded body tube maximizes wall strength without added weight, and a zinc-plated finish protects exposed hardware from road salt and moisture. Vulcanized natural rubber bushings at the mount points absorb high-frequency vibration before it reaches the cab.
