One-piece forged aluminum construction. Forging produces a continuous grain structure through the entire arm, meaning no weld seams and no stress concentration points that can crack under load. The result is an arm that handles the demands of off-road articulation and on-road pounding without the structural compromises common in fabricated or stamped alternatives.
POM ball joints for greater range of motion. Each arm ships with Polyoxymethylene ball joints, a material that carries an extremely low coefficient of friction and a larger ball diameter than OEM or standard replacements. That combination extends service life, increases wheel articulation, and simplifies installation. Every ball joint is fully greaseable to maintain performance over time.
Corrected ball joint geometry. Running a 3-inch lift with factory upper control arms pushes the ball joint to the edge of its operating angle, accelerating wear and degrading handling. These arms restore the correct angle for lifted geometry, bringing the front suspension back into proper alignment range and protecting the ball joint from premature failure.
