Monotube construction with an Internal Floating Piston. The monotube body houses an Internal Floating Piston that keeps high-pressure nitrogen and shock oil fully separated at all times. That separation eliminates cavitation and gas mixing, so damping stays consistent lap after lap and mile after mile without fade. Twin-tube shocks mix oil and gas under hard use; the V2 does not.

A 46mm high-flow piston moves fluid faster. The oversized piston gives the shock greater fluid capacity and quicker response through its stroke. Combined with the nitrogen charge, the result is a shock that tracks rough terrain without the wallowing or oscillation that undersized units allow on heavy-duty trucks carrying real weight.

T6061 brushed aluminum body with black anodized accents. The aluminum body sheds heat faster than steel, protecting fluid viscosity on back-to-back trail runs. Anodized finishing resists corrosion from mud, water, and road salt. The inverted mounting design keeps the shock body and shaft shielded from debris, extending service life in harsh environments.

36kN tensile strength rated for hard-hitting use. The shock internals and mounting hardware are rated to handle the extreme forces generated by a lifted, loaded Super Duty on demanding terrain. Sold in pairs, so both rear corners get the same upgrade at once.
