The external reservoir increases oil capacity by 56% compared to a standard reservoir shock, improving thermal management and damping sensitivity during extended off-road use. Heavy-gauge fabricated mounting hardware. Coilover mounts and top-mounted reservoir brackets are constructed from 1/4-inch steel, providing a rigid foundation that keeps the coilover geometry precise under load. The hardware is purpose-built for the Super Duty platform rather than adapted from a lighter-duty application.
Secondary front monotube shock included. The kit pairs the Vertex coilover with a V2 monotube secondary shock, adding another layer of damping control at the front axle. For four-corner improved damping control, the system can be paired with compatible Rough Country V2 or Vertex rear shocks.
