Rough Country's 6-inch Coilover Conversion Upgrade Kit replaces the factory independent coil-spring and shock setup on your 2005-2022 4WD F-250 or F-350 Super Duty with a purpose-built 2.5-inch piston Vertex coilover system. Designed specifically to work with an existing 6-inch Rough Country lift, this kit adds ride height adjustability, dramatically increased damping capability, and a secondary monotube shock at each front corner for a level of suspension performance the stock configuration simply cannot match.
Vertex coilovers with external reservoir. Each Vertex unit runs a monotube design with an external reservoir that delivers 56% greater fluid capacity compared to a standard reservoir shock. More fluid volume means more consistent damping across extended runs on rough terrain, reducing heat fade and keeping the suspension composed when the trail gets technical.
Secondary V2 monotube shocks. A second monotube shock works alongside each coilover to stack damping force at the front axle. Combined with the ability to pair compatible V2 or Vertex rear shocks, the setup allows for four-corner improved damping control across the entire truck.
Heavy-gauge fabricated hardware. Coilover mounts and top-mounted reservoir brackets are constructed from 1/4-inch steel, providing the structural integrity needed to handle the added stresses that come with a lifted Super Duty's wheel travel and load demands.
