Built around a 54mm shock body, 10-stage variable valving, and military-spec fluid, these shocks handle everything from daily highway miles to demanding off-road terrain without fading or losing composure.

10-stage variable valving delivers real damping control. Rather than a fixed damping rate, the 10-stage valving adjusts force across a wide range of inputs, keeping the ride smooth on pavement and controlled when the terrain gets rough. A high-pressure nitrogen charge eliminates aeration and prevents shock fade during sustained hard use.

Built to absorb punishment without wearing out early. The 18mm chromed hardened piston rod resists corrosion from mud, salt, and water, while a spring-loaded piston rod seal keeps fluid in and contamination out. At 36kN tensile strength, the internal components handle heavy impacts and the elevated loads that come with a lifted, working Super Duty.

Heat management keeps performance consistent. The 54mm shock body provides greater surface area than a standard-diameter shock, dissipating heat faster during repeated compressions on rough trails or washboard roads. Combined with military-spec fluid rated to -40 degrees Celsius, performance stays consistent across extreme temperature swings.

Natural rubber bushings reduce noise and harshness. The OEM-style rubber bushings absorb high-frequency vibrations before they transfer into the cab, reducing road noise and improving ride comfort without adding the harshness associated with polyurethane.
