Richmond Gear's full spools fit 1979-2014 Mustangs with 8.8" and 31 spline axles. This hardcore race part offers lighter weight and greater strength than limited slip diffs at a much lower cost. Since there is no differentiation around corners, we don't recommend it for street use or track use other than straight line drag racing. Forged from 4140 alloy steel and heat treated afterwards, this premium piece from Richmond will endure years of hard launches with consistent torque bias to the left or right wheels as there are no clutches, friction modifier or other factors that affect operation.
