Roush supercharged 5.0L Mustangs push crankcase vapors, oil mist, and moisture back through the PCV system and directly into the intake tract. Left unchecked, that contamination deposits oil onto valves, reduces intercooler efficiency, and raises the risk of detonation. The Moroso Air-Oil Separator Catch Can kit routes into the factory PCV system and captures those contaminants before they reach the intake, keeping the charge air clean and the engine running as intended.
Billet aluminum construction with internal baffling. Each separator body features machined aluminum construction with internal baffling and mesh media that strip oil mist and moisture from crankcase vapor. The captured oil collects in the body rather than coating intake valves or fouling the intercooler. Cleaner intake air translates directly to more consistent combustion and maintained intercooler effectiveness over time.
Complete, ready-to-install hardware. Every kit includes heavy-duty brass inlet and outlet fittings, Fuel/Emission/PCV Vapor hose, a stainless steel mounting bracket, and a billet aluminum mounting clamp. Everything needed for a clean, secure installation comes in the box, with no fabrication required.
Two body sizes available to suit your installation space. The Large Body is the original Moroso size, offering 43 percent more capacity than the Small Body version. It features a bottom drain with elbow for nearly mess-free fluid removal, and its polished finish accepts chrome, paint, or powder coat for a custom appearance. The Small Body version fits tighter engine bays and is available in polished or black anodized finishes; its two-piece body unscrews for straightforward draining. Some crankcase ventilation systems may require two separator bodies for full capture and proper ventilation.
