Direct-injected turbocharged engines like the 2.3L EcoBoost push crankcase vapors, oil mist, and moisture back into the intake through the factory PCV system. Over time, that contamination coats intake valves, reduces fuel octane effectiveness, and promotes detonation. The Moroso Air/Oil Separator plumbs inline with the PCV system on your 2015-2019 EcoBoost Mustang, intercepting those contaminants before they ever reach the intake manifold.
Billet aluminum construction with serious internal filtration. The separator body is machined from billet aluminum with internal baffling and mesh media that strip oil mist and moisture from crankcase vapors. Captured oil collects at the bottom rather than cycling back into the engine, keeping the intake charge cleaner with every combustion cycle.
A clean install from the factory mounting points to the drain. Moroso includes heavy-duty brass inlet and outlet fittings, fuel/emission/PCV vapor hose for inline plumbing, a stainless steel mounting bracket, and a billet aluminum body clamp. A bottom drain with elbow makes emptying the collected oil straightforward and nearly mess-free. The polished body accepts chrome, paint, or powder coat if a custom engine bay look matters to you.
