Eight-millimeter conductors built for reliability. Each wire uses a stainless nickel alloy conductor wound 32 times per inch around a conductive, latex-coated, heavy fiberglass core. That winding density produces 350 ohms of resistance per foot, suppressing radio frequency interference without choking spark energy.
Dual-layer EPDM outer jacket for heat protection. Two layers of high-heat-resistant EPDM rubber are separated by a nylon reinforcing pull tape that adds tensile strength so the outer jacket does not separate when you route wires around hot exhaust components. The inner insulation layer provides optimum dielectric strength, while the outer jacket handles direct heat and flame exposure.
Silicone boots with snap-lock terminals. The 135-degree silicone plug boots protect the terminal end from extreme heat and encase sure-grip, snap-lock terminals that click into place and resist vibration-induced loosening.
