Moroso's Remote Water Pump Adapter Kit solves that problem for standard rotation Ford 289 and 351W engines, replacing the stock water pump location with a clean billet aluminum adapter plate that accepts a remotely mounted pump.
Billet aluminum construction at the pump mount. The adapter plate bolts directly to the water pump mounting surface on the block, providing two -12AN female ports for routing coolant lines to and from a remote pump. The billet construction keeps the plate rigid and leak-free under the heat cycling of a race or performance build.
Hardware sized for front motor plate applications. The included stainless steel socket head cap screws are long enough to pass through a front motor plate, eliminating the need to source custom fasteners when combining this adapter with a plate-style engine mounting setup. A backing plate and gasket are included so the kit installs as a complete assembly.
