Moroso's fully fabricated aluminum pan upgrades your Ford C4 with a CNC-machined one-piece billet rail, dual fittings, and a magnetic drain plug, making fluid maintenance cleaner and faster every time.
CNC-machined billet rail for a perfect seal. The rail is machined flat after welding, eliminating the warping and surface irregularities that cause stamped pans to leak. Superior flatness means a consistent gasket crush across every bolt hole, reducing the risk of seeps over the long term.
Dual fittings for real serviceability. A magnetic -8AN drain plug captures ferrous wear particles before they circulate through the valve body, while a separate 1/4" NPT port accommodates a temperature sensor or cooler line. Both fittings are positioned for clean fluid changes without dropping the entire pan.
Serrated flange hardware included. The kit ships with serrated flange hex bolts that grip the rail and resist loosening from vibration, so there is no need to source fasteners separately.
