Moroso Mustang 5.0L Road Race Aluminum Oil Pan - 6.625in Deep, Rear T-Sump (2011-Up)

Track days put extreme oil demands on your Coyote that the factory pan was never built to handle. Moroso's fully fabricated aluminum road race oil pan keeps the 2011-up Ford 5.0L Coyote and Voodoo engines fed through hard cornering, braking, and acceleration by combining a rear T-sump design with active oil control features in a 9-quart, 6.625-inch deep package.

Rear T-sump design for consistent oil pickup. The rear sump positions oil mass at the back of the engine where it pools during hard braking and acceleration. Paired with a trap door and removable anti-slosh baffle, the pan keeps the pickup submerged through extended lateral and longitudinal load, reducing the risk of oil starvation on circuit.

Fully fabricated aluminum construction. Aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight compared to cast-iron or fabricated steel alternatives while maintaining the structural rigidity needed for road race applications. The material also dissipates heat more efficiently, helping manage oil temperatures during extended high-RPM use.

Built-in provisions for the full performance build. A 1/2-inch NPT fitting accommodates supercharger or turbocharger drain-back lines. A second 1/2-inch NPT fitting accepts an oil temperature sender. A 20mm fitting retains the factory oil level sender. The pan is also designed to work with the factory dipstick tube, keeping the engine bay tidy.

Generation-specific pickup compatibility. Gen 1 and Gen 2 Coyote engines use the factory oil pickup with this pan. Gen 3 Coyote and Voodoo engines require Moroso pickup No. 24578. Gen 4 Coyote engines require Moroso pickup No. 24581. Selecting the correct pickup ensures proper oil delivery at all RPM ranges.
