Three finish options to suit any build. The exposed top panels are available in urethane aluminum, urethane diamond plate, or urethane carbon fiber. Each finish pairs with extruded aluminum channels and durable weatherproof seals to hold the profile together in all conditions.

RIGIDLINK locking system holds the cover vertical without touching the glass. Fold the panels behind the cab and lock them at approximately 90 degrees for full bed use. The powder-coated steel pivot links with rubber bushings and rooftop anchors prevent vibration noise and keep the cover from resting against the rear window in the vertical position.

Automatic dual locking on every panel. Pulling a single cord from either side releases both locks simultaneously. Unfolding each panel re-engages the automatic ten-point locking system through heavy-duty reinforced nylon latches, so there is no key and no separate step required to secure the cover after closing.

Weathertight construction routes water away without gutters. A continuous seal runs the entire length of the side rails, waterproof hinges protect each panel junction, and the water-shedding design carries runoff away from the bed without additional drain hardware.

Supports 400 pounds of evenly distributed weight. The extruded aluminum channel structure gives the panels a high strength-to-weight ratio. The complete cover weighs approximately 60 pounds, making it manageable for a single installer while still handling substantial loads.

Tight Bite clamps install without drilling. Specifically cut teeth grip the bed rail with exceptional strength and maintain that grip over time. Eight mounting clamps are included, and installation requires no permanent modification to your bed.
