Heatshield Products' Thermaflect Tube wraps around fuel lines, wiring harnesses, brake lines, clutch lines, and EV cables to block that radiant heat before it causes damage, handling continuous exposure up to 1200°F and intermittent spikes to 1500°F.
Dual-layer thermal barrier construction. A reflective outer layer deflects radiant heat while the inner barrier reduces heat-soak on the protected component. Together, they extend the service life of lines and harnesses that run near exhaust systems, turbo pipes, catalytic converters, and high-output battery systems.
Self-closing wrap design speeds installation. Thermaflect Tube does not require disconnecting fittings, removing connectors, or threading the sleeve over the end of a line. Measure, cut to length, wrap around the component, and press it closed. The sleeve stays in position without additional fasteners in most installations.
