Radiant heat silently degrades fuel lines, wiring looms, intake pipes, and A/C hoses until vapor lock, misfires, or melted insulation force the issue. Heatshield Products' Thermaflect Sleeve blocks up to 90% of that radiant energy with a lightweight silver and chrome fiberglass construction that adds virtually no weight to the installation.

Certified thermal performance you can measure. The sleeve meets both ASTM F1939 and Mil-C-24929A specifications, the same standards applied to aircraft and military vehicle protective sleeving. Continuous service runs to 1,100°F, with intermittent ratings reaching 2,000°F, so it handles the thermal environment found in high-output engine bays without degrading.

A sewn seam for permanent, secure fitment. The closed, sewn construction holds its shape around fuel lines, intercooler pipes, wiring harnesses, and air intake tubing without shifting or peeling back over time. For applications where the sleeve may need removal for service, a hook-and-loop version is available separately.

Designed for spaces with airflow. Thermaflect works best where at least one inch of airspace exists between the sleeve and the heat source. That air gap lets the reflective surface do its job. For tighter, lower-airflow locations, Heatshield Products offers the Lava Tube or Stealth Sleeve as alternative solutions.

Sized for nearly any application. Inside diameters run from 1/2 inch through 5 inches, with lengths available in 6-inch samples, 3-foot sections, and 10-foot rolls, so the right fit exists for fuel lines, small wiring bundles, or large intercooler pipes alike.

Product Benefits
