Ford Performance Mustang GT Touring Cat-Back Exhaust - Black Tips (2015-2017)

Great product! When I was younger, I figured that louder always equaled better :) But now I'm a bit older and I have neighbors and an office parking lot to worry about. So I figured the Touring exhaust was the way to go. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I was a little worried about doing this myself. There was no need to worry, though - this was incredibly easy and took me about 45 minutes. If you're good at this stuff, I imagine it would go much faster (I spent 5 of those 45 minutes trying to slide the downpipe clamps in the wrong direction) :) Anyway, pretty easy stuff. And the sound is just perfect! It has a nice growl when you first start the car, but that subsides after a moment and goes to a very subtle, low-pitched rumble. If you're idling in a parking lot for some reason, you're not going to piss off everyone around you. If you drive normally and shift at low RPM, the sound remains fairly quiet. When you punch it, however, you can REALLY hear it - it sounds awesome. If I didn't know better, I'd say this was Roush's Active Exhaust System :) I haven't really noticed any seat of the pants power gains, but I imagine they'd be higher in the RPM band and I haven't had a chance to really test it. Anyway, I can't think of a single negative thing to say here. Great system!
