Suspension noise on the 2020-2025 Ford Explorer often traces back to a worn or deteriorated front upper spring mounting pad. This Ford Genuine OEM replacement restores the factory-spec interface between the coil spring and the upper strut mount, eliminating the clunks, squeaks, and groans that develop as the original pad breaks down over time.
Factory fit, factory feel. Sourced directly from Ford, this mounting pad matches the original dimensions, durometer, and material properties of the pad installed at the assembly plant. No trimming, no shimming, and no guesswork on fitment.
Stops noise at the source. A degraded spring pad allows metal-to-metal contact and micro-movement between the coil spring and the strut mount. Replacing it with a fresh OEM pad restores the isolation layer that absorbs those vibrations before they transmit into the chassis and cabin.
