Edelbrock's Short-Style Ford 4.6L water pump will prevent your modified Mustang from overheating, which the stock factory water pump has a difficult time doing. This water pump has a 3.80" powdered metal impeller, a 3/4" bearing, and a 2.58" distance from the black surface to the hub.
The short-style water pump fits all 2002 GT Mustangs and 2003-2004 GT, Cobra, and Mach1 Mustangs that are equipped with a 4.6L V8. A new water pump gasket is required for installation.
Note: 2002 GT Mustangs must be measured to determine if a long or short style water pump is required for your ride.
