Dramatically less brake dust. Redstuff reduces dust output by 60 to 90 percent compared to conventional semi-metallic pads. The minimal residue that does accumulate contains no steel fiber particles, so a simple sponge wash removes it without scrubbing or wheel cleaner.
Proven stopping power gains. MIRA-witnessed testing showed Redstuff reducing stopping distance by nearly 50 feet from 100 mph, a documented 30 percent braking improvement over OEM pads. The nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 and a 15 percent high-friction formula improvement back that real-world result.
Consistent performance under repeated heavy braking. The aramid fiber and ceramic compound resists brake fade during repeated hard stops without the fall-off that plagues softer compounds. Performance is as strong on the tenth consecutive stop as it is on the first.
EBC Brake-In surface coating. A factory-applied red coating on the pad face conditions the rotor surface immediately after installation, accelerating bed-in and providing safe braking from the first stop.
