This Mustang GT500 tall heat exchanger was originally designed for the 1000hp Shelby Super Snake and is a direct bolt in on any 2005-14 Mustang GT, GT350 and GT500. C&R recommends this unit for 700 plus hp or hot climates. Spal fans come already mounted and help pull cool air thru the core at low speeds. All required hardware, fan relays and hoses are included. They recommend factory coolant or equivalent. The fans and electric water pump are activated by the ECM, when the key is turned on.
