Functional cooling. The opening in the hood allows high-pressure hot air under your hood to be extracted by the low-pressure zone above the hood. This airflow improves cooling, reduces engine bay temperatures, and can even improve aerodynamics. The hood includes a drip tray to keep rain off of your engine and drains water to a safe area away from sensors, wiring and electronics.
Great styling. With looks like the GT500, this hood will turn heads and get attention. The louvered heat extracting vent provides a track-ready look to your Shelby and gives the hood a custom appearance. The added height allows ample room for most power adders.
