Callies Ford 7.3L Godzilla Ultra H-Beam Connecting Rod 8pc Set

The 7.3L Godzilla platform responds well to additional power, but factory connecting rods become the limiting factor quickly once power targets climb. Callies Ultra H-Beam connecting rods give Godzilla builders a set of eight rods manufactured entirely in the United States from proprietary TimkenSteel, forged in Trenton, Michigan and finish-machined at Callies' Fostoria, Ohio facility. Four dimension configurations cover a range of stroke, journal, and pin combinations to suit different build goals.

TimkenSteel forged to Callies' own specification. The steel billet used in every Ultra H-Beam rod is formulated exclusively for Callies, not sourced from generic bar stock. That material control means consistent grain structure, predictable fatigue life, and tighter dimensional repeatability across the full set of eight rods, which matters when balancing a high-output rotating assembly.

H-Beam geometry built for demanding racing applications. The Ultra H-Beam cross-section distributes load across the rod's full length, resisting both compressive and tensile stress under high cylinder pressure. Each rod goes through a stress relief process and multiple re-torque cycles before leaving the facility, so big-end bores stay round through repeated assembly and disassembly cycles without dimensional drift.

Prep work completed before the rods ship. Pin bushings arrive chamfered and honed to proper high-performance oil clearance. Parting-line edges are generously chamfered to allow clean bearing shell insertion. Bearing locating tab slots are deburred so tabs seat fully without interference. These steps eliminate hours of bench work for the engine builder and reduce the chance of assembly errors.

Custom Age bolt upgrade available. All Ultra rods can be ordered with optional Custom Age bolts for builders who require maximum fastener performance in extreme high-RPM applications.
