Dimensional repeatability that holds through repeated assembly cycles. Big-end bore roundness is maintained through an extended stress-relief process combined with multiple re-torque cycles before the rods leave the facility. Parting line edges arrive chamfered, bearing tab slots are de-burred, and pin bushings are chamfered and honed to proper oil clearance, reducing prep time on the engine builder's bench.
