Each rod in this eight-piece set starts as TimkenSteel bar stock formulated to Callies' proprietary specifications, forged in Trenton, Michigan, and machined entirely at their Fostoria, Ohio facility. The result is a connecting rod with fully traceable manufacturing history at every step, offering engine builders the material and dimensional confidence that high-output builds demand.

H-Beam geometry built for the most demanding racing applications. The Ultra H-Beam profile delivers the cross-sectional rigidity required under sustained high-load, high-RPM conditions. At 5.933 inches in length and a 2.239-inch rod journal diameter, these rods are dimensioned for direct application in stroked and naturally aspirated Coyote and Modular builds without custom machining of the journal or pin end.

Dimensional repeatability through rigorous processing. Big-end bore roundness holds through repeated disassembly and reassembly cycles, thanks to an extended stress-relief process combined with multiple re-torque stages. This burnishes threads and bolt seating surfaces so that residual machining stresses are eliminated before the rods ever reach the engine. Pin bushings arrive chamfered and honed to proper high-performance oil clearance, parting-line edges are generously chamfered for clean bearing shell insertion, and bearing tab slots are deburred so locating tabs seat fully without fitment issues.
