Robin Burnett & Steeda Take The American Iron Championship

The 2005 Steeda Mustang with the most wins in American Iron, wins the year end championship.

The 2005 NASA American Iron Champion, Robin Burnett earned a season of total dominance in his new 2005 Steeda Mustang GT. The Steeda Autosports equipped Mustang won 12 poles out of the 13 races that count toward the championship. The Steeda Mustang won 11 races finished second once with two third place finishes. With a win at Putnam Park near Indianapolis, Burnett sewed up the 2005 NASA American Iron Class, finishing over 125 points ahead of his nearest competitor.

When building the 2005 Mustang GT, crew chief John Moore chose a variety Steeda suspension components including: Steeda race springs, adjustable front and rear stay bars with billet mounts, control arm relocation kit, billet camber adjusters, adjustable panhard bar, bumpsteer kit, competition end links, race only lower trailing arms, G-trac brace and steel strut tower brace.
