Built specifically for the 2015-2020 F-150 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost, the MBRP S5259P P Series cat-back exhaust routes a 4-inch main pipe from the catalytic converter back, freeing up the flow restriction the factory system builds in to meet broad noise and emissions targets.
4-inch cat-back tubing. Larger-diameter piping reduces backpressure through the entire exhaust path, letting the turbos spool more efficiently and helping the EcoBoost move spent gases out faster. The result is a more responsive throttle feel and a deeper exhaust note compared to the stock system.
P Series construction. MBRP's P Series uses aluminized steel tubing with mandrel bends throughout. Mandrel bending keeps the tube's interior diameter consistent through every curve, so there are no pinch points that create turbulence or restrict flow.
Direct bolt-on fitment. Every bracket, hanger, and connection point mirrors the factory exhaust layout on the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, SSV, and Police Responder trims. Note that this system excludes the 2019 Limited. No cutting or welding is required for a clean, straightforward installation.
