Most exhaust wraps marketed as 2000°F products crystallize and crumble once they actually see that heat. Heatshield Products' Stealth Inferno Wrap is built from silica fiber, the only material that genuinely sustains 2000°F continuous operating temperatures, and it carries an intermittent rating of 3000°F for the spike loads forced-induction and racing applications deliver. It does all of this in a stealth black finish.
Silica fiber construction separates this wrap from fiberglass and basalt alternatives. Fiberglass and basalt-based wraps perform reliably up to around 1200°F, but silica fiber stays soft, strong, and flexible well beyond that threshold. After hundreds of heat cycles at extreme temperatures, the wrap remains pliable enough to unwrap and re-route headers when the build calls for it.
Retains heat where it belongs. Keeping exhaust gases hot through the headers and manifold maintains gas velocity, which directly supports scavenging efficiency. For turbocharged and supercharged builds, insulating the turbo manifold also feeds hotter, denser exhaust energy to the turbine wheel rather than radiating it into the engine bay.
A stealth black finish with no compromise in performance. The Stealth Inferno Wrap delivers the same thermal performance as the standard Inferno Wrap, dyed black for a cleaner underhood appearance on builds where the exhaust system is visible.
Made in the USA. Every roll is manufactured domestically by Heatshield Products.
Product Benefits
- True 2000°F Continuous Rating: Silica fiber sustains 2000°F without crystallizing or falling apart.
- 3000°F Intermittent Tolerance: Handles temperature spikes common in forced-induction and racing applications.
- Stays Flexible After Heat Cycles: Remains pliable through hundreds of cycles, so headers can be unwrapped and re-routed when needed.
- Stealth Black Finish: Clean, flat-black appearance for visible exhaust systems and race builds.
- Turbo Manifold Compatible: Rated for the extreme heat loads of turbocharged and supercharged manifolds.
- Water-Resistant Fiber: Silica fibers naturally resist moisture; properly installed wrap minimizes corrosion risk.
- Made in the USA: Manufactured domestically by Heatshield Products.
- Available in Multiple Roll Lengths: Choose from 2 in x 15 ft, 2 in x 25 ft, or 2 in x 50 ft rolls to match the scope of the job.
