Steeda's billet hood strut kit is the perfect way to dress up the engine bay of your Stang. Made out of billet 6061 aluminum, they are light weight and come engraved with the Steeda name.

OEM quality gas struts are included in this kit. Steeda has engineered this kit to fit and function better than the other kits on the market. There are clearance reliefs in the brackets for the washer fluid hose and a rubber bump stop on the underside to protect the paint on the underside of your hood.

No drilling or modifications required for installation. These hood struts include a 1-year warranty and the hardware includes a limited lifetime warranty.

Looks great
Easy install. I was concerned my hood would become out of alignment, but no problem for my installation. The looks are awesome. The STEEDA name in the metal says it all.

Really great product!!
Love these Hood Struts. put them on my '07 Grabber Orange Steeda. They look great and installation is easy. Took me about 35/40 minutes doing them by myself. Beside the function and great looks they eliminate that ugly prop rod. Really great product!!

Awesome - A MUST have!
This was one of the first mods on my Stang, as I could not stand the OE hood prop. These hood props install WITHOUT drilling into your hood, and are convienent as well as good looking. Great addition to any car enthusiast! As usual, great Steeda quality and fit with outstanding functionality! I highly recommend this product to anyone!

Loose the rod!
I personally hate hood support rods and this kit eliminates it. The directions that Steeda supplies is straight forward and easy to read, took us less than an hour to install. But note, you will need two people to install this kit but other than that no special tools.
