Description

Steeda's GT350 H-pipe is the perfect way to bring a unique and more classic muscle car tone to your 5.2L flat-plane crank engine. You can expect a deeper rumble at idle and a growling acceleration when you upgrade to this resonator delete.

More low-end power. H-pipes are known for delivering more low-end power and torque, while x-pipes deliver high-rpm performance. This upgrade is a great way to give your Shelby's low-end power a nudge.

Unique sound. If you are looking to make your GT350 stand out with a one-of-a-kind sound, this is the way to do it. The H-pipe delivers a growling and tough sound while both the stock and aftermarket x-pipes have a nasally and raspy note.

A lifetime of performance. Incorporating manufacturing and design elements borrowed from our popular GT line of X-pipes and H-pipes ensures this great-looking piece lasts the life of your Shelby. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, this H-pipe will stay looking great for years and will not rust or corrode. Heat may discolor this 304 stainless system, but you have no worries about the exhaust rusting through over time. This is much improved over lesser T409 or aluminized steel exhausts that can develop rust or even develop holes over time.

Reduced restriction. Eliminating the resonators, this H-pipe improves the flow of exhaust gasses from the Voodoo engine while also reducing weight and slightly increasing volume. The H-pipe will replace part of the exhaust behind your catalytic converters and in front of the axle-back.

No-weld installation. Steeda's H-pipe can be installed easily and requires no welding. The resonator delete clamps into place with a pair of flush fit exhaust clamps for a clean and simple install. To remove the factory resonator, the heatshield will need to be removed and the exhaust will need to be cut. Exhaust clamps included with the H-pipe allow you to easily re-install the factory resonator if you ever want to return your GT350 to the stock system.

Product Benefits:

  • Improves low-end torque over factory resonator
  • Deep traditional muscle car like exhaust note
  • Premium T304 stainless steel will not corrode or rust
  • No tune required
  • 38" overall length
  • Band clamps allow cut to shorter length
  • Can easily return to stock
  • Gain of up to +6hp and 4 lb/ft of torque.

Hey guys, it's Chris from Steeda, and today, we're going to talk about Resonator Deletes for your GT350! Specifically an H-pipe available here at Steeda. We'll go over product review, a dyno before-and-after run, an in-depth analysis, as well as an installation montage as well. So without further ado, let's dive in and hear this thing! If you have a GT350, and you're looking to replace that factory-resonated X-pipe with something a little different, this Resonator Delete H-pipe from Steeda is the way to go. It's made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, replaces that X-pipe, meaning that you're going to save a little bit of weight considering you're deleting those resonators. And on top of that, you get band clamps included - meaning that you can run your H-pipe. Or, if you want to go back to the resonated X-pipe, you can reuse these clamps and put your factory piece right back into place. Now do keep in mind, cutting is required for installation, but it really isn't too bad, especially when you line this up right on your factory exhaust system. Make your marks, make your cut, measure twice, cut once, and your installation is good to go. Then we'll show you sound clips both before and after, and we'll even do a dyno comparison - stock versus the Resonator Delete H-pipe installed, so we can see if any power is to be gained.
