Boundary takes an OEM oil pump and meticulously re-assembles it using their premium billet oil pump gears for an easy end-user upgrade.
High-Quality Assembly: Before assembly, the factory pump is taken apart and all components undergo an ultrasonic cleaning, air blast, and hand inspection. The pump's interior surface is then hand deburred before installing their famous high-strength, mirror finish Billet Oil Pump Gears. The stock fasteners are also upgraded with properly torqued stainless steel Torx bolts and Loctite to prevent them from loosening or backing out. An anaerobic sealant is applied to needed areas for proper sealing and pump speed, and an assembly lubricant is used to ensure minimal wear on first startup.

This results in oil pump gears that can handle over 2,000whp and over 9,000 RPM thanks to their higher efficiency and reduced friction compared to the brittle powdered factory gears.
