Adding a cross-brace to your subframe-connector cuts the free span length of the connector in half, doubles the number of attachment points, and creates a truss structure with the floorpan. The increased strength reduces body flexing, dampens floorboard vibrations and lessens interior harmonics. The cross-braces weld to the subframe-connector and attach to the seat-bolts using nuts provided in the kit. Reinforcing the seat mount in this way reduces seat movement and also prevents floorpan cracks. Cuts free span length of the connector in half.
