*Save over 6 lbs. compared to the OE control arms by switching to Steeda!*

When only the best will do, say it with billet! These billet rear lower trailing arms replace the stamped steel OE parts, and depending on your desired performance goals are available with urethane bushings or a spherical bearing/urethane bushing combination for high horsepower applications.

These lightweight yet super strong arms reduce un-sprung weight and eliminate wheel hop. Steeda was first to market with these control arms and had them on the shelves even before the 2005+ Mustang was released thanks to our exclusive technology transfer program with Ford Motor Company. Steeda was the first to incorporate the proper design rear offset for the rear lower trailing arms.

Don't be fooled by other companies claiming to be first with this offset, yet they have only had their arms on the market a few months! Steeda's exclusive polyurethane bushing package also ensures smooth, quiet operation combined with performance. No increase in NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) with our poly bushings like competitors arms. Part number 555-4406 with a spherical bearing on one end and our exclusive poly bushings on the other is recommended for high horsepower applications and will only have a slight increase in NVH over the standard polyurethane bushing arms.

Don't settle for anything less than Steeda original innovation.

Note: 555-4406 recommended for 500+ horsepower applications. Slight increase in NVH will result from this part.

Product Reviews

Fantastic upgrade from stock arms , simple install and NO NOISES, but I greased everything like they said. The car feels tighter underneath and I have more control over it, well worth the money.

Man, these lower control arms help to really plant the power to the ground! Was having traction issues and these corrected it right away!

I never had a wheel hop problem except in the wet. It was quite noticeable when I was stopped uphill in the rain and then had to accelerate quickly to get out of the way of a car that wasn't going to stop. Not a fun moment, first wondering 'what the heck is that' and then having to back off to get some grip when I shouldn't need to do that. In the dry I didn't have any problems, but the rear end did feel a little vague sometimes. No longer a problem with these LCAs. Where I live doesn't see much rain, but lucky for me there was some rain two days after I installed the LCAs. Big difference compared to stock. The rear stays planted and acts the way I expect it to. Predictable handling is important, of course, and these arms deliver. Very well made and beautiful parts too. No squeaking or increase in NVH from stock. Great design with the metal washers and bushing parts compared with arms I've installed on other cars.

I track my car at Miller Motorsports Park and can feel the difference going through the "Attitudes" - a rapid series of turns that simultaneously drop in altitude. I had gotten used to this track section in stock form - but with these new Billet Aluminum LCA's - Wow! Now instead of a bit of apprehension - it's "Bring them on!" It's a bonus that they look way cool...

I looked at just about every other set of lower control arms on the market, and I couldn't bring myself to purchase any of them. These control arms are lightweight, strong, beautifully crafted, and have a superior bushing design. I honestly didn't expect half of the improvement I got out of these arms; they are worth every penny. I literally didn't realize how bad my wheel hop was until I swapped these arms in, much more stable in a straight line it seems as well.
I took my girlfriend out for a spin after installing these, when I launched it she freaked out and said I left the hood unlatched, she had never seen the car lift that hard in the front.

I love this mod! My car hooks up better and honestly, they just plain look cool. The stock part looked like junk. I was very worried about NVH. My car had no appreciable increase.

Honestly, these Billet LCAs are my favorite mod on my car. The just look so mean installed on the car. Rear end is solid. My traction increased a ton and the car just launches.

I installed these aluminum LCA's on my 2011 V6 in about an hour....Great product!!! They definitely look too good to be under the car!!! What a shame.... These compliment my Steeda sport springs for a much stiffer ride and better handling. No more wheel hop. UCA in next.

these arms are almost too pretty to use, they work great with the adjustable upper, adjustable pan hard bar and brace. my bullitt handles much better and the quality is second to one.
