Steeda's Fusion Power Pack combines Steeda's awesome cold air intake with a custom SCT X4 tuner with Steeda exclusive programming for power gains of 25 to 31 horsepower at the wheels!

The package will also improve throttle response and gas mileage under normal driving conditions. This package is easy to install requiring only basic hand tools.

  1. New tuning devices are shipped out "blank". Upon receiving the device, utilize it to retrieve your vehicle's Strategy Code
  2. With the strategy code, visit our Custom Tune Request Form. Fill out the requested details on your car.
  3. Your Custom Steeda Tune will be emailed to you in approximately 3-5 days. Download the tune onto the device, flash your vehicle and enjoy the new performance.

OK, I have a 2012 3.0 AWD, fun to drive by itself but nothing amazing. Obviously, all of the reviews are five stars for a reason. Day 1: I started with the CAI, no tune. Nice improvement to the engine sound, not much by way of power or throttle response. Day 2: Installed custom 87 OCT tune, removed reducer from CAI. WOW. Talk about a blast. It is another car completely. Shift points, throttle response, engine sound. I am having way too much fun. Day 3: Installed strut tower sway bar. The front end is locked to the pavement. Minimal roll compared to stock, not too mention zero understeer. It feels so well balanced. Day 4: JMS PedalMax Throttle Enhancement with adjustment knob installed. This takes the pedal feel from sloppy to crisp. The full 100% setting is a little much for me. I've got it around 60% right now for regular driving. 100% is great for launching. Day 5: Wait for that last 1/4 tank of 87 Octane to burn through so I can fill it with 93 Octane (No ethanol). Load the 93 OCT tune and have some fun!

Nice Upgrade
I waited 6 weeks after installation to write this review to give a proper evaluation. The 87 OCT tune was a big improvement over stock. Throttle response and acceleration are much better and so is the shifting. The growl it has now when you kick it is nice too. Gas mileage is about the same, I use cruise a lot on the interstate for my daily commute and according to the dash I'm getting 26mpg. The installation of the CAI was quick and easy with one note. On my 2012 fusion SE with the sport appearance package the post on the CAI lined up with a threaded hole at installation so I knocked the post out on the CAI and used one of the air box mounting screws with a 3/8 grommet as a washer to locate and secure the CAI. After emailing the strategy info I received the new tunes by email the same day. They loaded flawlessly, no codes, errors, or hiccups of any kind. During programming I removed the speed limiter and adjusted the speedo for my new wider tires. Overall an excellent upgrade that I wish I had done a couple of years ago. Combined with the shock tower brace and the oversized rear sway bar my Fusion corners much better is much more fun to drive.

Quality product
I've had this Power Package upgrade for my 2011 Fusion SEL 3.0L on my wish list for a few years now and finally bought it. First, I would like to say that I've been buying Steeda products for my stable of FoMoCo vehicles including my Kenne Bell Supercharged 2006 Mustang GT and now my 2011 Fusion for about 8 years now. Pros: Install is straight forward and took me about an hour taking my time and re-reading the instructions several times. This is a quality product with plenty of engineering behind it. The mass air meter body is made of billet aluminum. When I took the car out for a test drive after install, I definitely noticed a difference in acceleration with a nice sound during WOT. The Duratec 3.0L is a little raspy at WOT, but still acceptable. Throttle is more responsive and shifts are quicker. The cone filter looks like it means business. I averaged 25mpg over 80 miles of highway/city mixed driving on 93 octane - I previously used to get about 21mpg on 87 octane. Cons: The stainless steel heat shield is a tight fit where the factory air box was. The corner of the heat shield touches/rubs against the radiator hose and this concerns me a little. I put electrical tape along the corner where the contact is made as a temporary fix, but I'm certain the tape won't last and will have to come up with a better solution. Also, the white protective tape that surrounds most of the stainless steel shield is a real pain to remove. The instructions mention to remove the plastic protective shipping cover around the filter before installation, but don't mention anything about removing the protective tape at any time - I thought it was supposed to be there. Good thing I contacted Steeda to inquire about it. The mounting stud on the underside of the Heat shield is already loose and should have been welded in. In spite of the cons, I'm certain I will enjoy this product nonetheless. I've been a Steeda fan for years and will continue to buy their products. My next purchase will either be a Magnaflow or an MRT Interceptor cat-back exhaust to get the full benefit of this CAI and tune. Would definitely recommend.

Nice
I love the 87 octane tune with my 12 3.0. It has gobbs of torque in the the low end, and pulls hard all the way to red line. The 93 tune on the other hand is only suitable for racing. Torque down low just stinks and I don't feel any pull till 4000rpm. Not a good tune for a daily driven street car

Well worth the money
I got this when they were running the 20% off Memorial Week sale, and it was worth every penny. The induction noise is incredible and addicting, and the throttle response is instantaneous because of the tune. Car feels quicker. Not worlds different, but still noticeable on the 93 octane tune. Haven't tried the 87 or 89 yet. My fuel economy also went up. I'm averaging 22mpg in combined driving now, whereas before it was between 20-21. I was able to average 30.4 mpg over the course of 350 highway miles!!! That's almost unheard of! All in all, highly recommended upgrade for the Sport.

Best pack for the Fusion!
I highly recommend this package as the first thing you add to your fusion! The tune really opens up the engine, and works well with the CAI, select shift is also much better with the tune, and automatic mode is much better, no 2 second lag after you push the pedal for acceleration!

Worth it
I agree this is a pricey add on, but after driving my FWD Sport with the 93 tune for six months, then driving a friend's stock FWD Sport, I really appreciated the difference. The sound is great, only there when you hammer it, not droning in your ears all the time like an exhaust system. Worth every penny.

Even the wife notices
I just installed it this weekend and the difference is incredible.Even my wife who almost never notices anything was floored with the change in the car. She is now constantly bugging me to borrow it for any trip as its so much more responsive and fun to drive. I think this modification really helps the AWD versions even more than the FWD as you're already having to pull almost 220 extra pounds for the AWD system and now you really can put some of that extra power on those rear wheels. Now that I've seen what's possible with this car and engine I think Ford missed the boat on what the Fusion Sport could have been.

Better quarter mile times
I ran a [email protected] stock after the 93 tune and the air box I ran a [email protected] I wanna thank Sal from Steeda for the help. Kinda steep price but horse power isn't cheap on a n/a car. Wonder what it will run with drag radials 2 1/2 exhaust. My exhaust is really holding me back.

ITS A DIFFERENT CAR
I HAVE A 2012 FUSION SPORT AWD. THE GUYS AT STEEDA ARE GREAT. I CALLED UP AND ASKED THEM WHAT I COULD DO TO IMPROVE MY HORSEPOWER AND FUEL MILAGE. THEY RECOMMENDED ME TO GO WITH THE TUNER AND COLD AIR INTAKE. I ALSO BOUGHT THE MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST. AFTER ALL WAS INSTALLED AND THE TECHS AT FORD TOLD ME TO COME OUT AND LISTEN TO THE CAR WHILE THEY STARTED IT UP. THE CAR SOUNDED A LOT MEANER. THE SHOP SUPERVISOR WENT FOR A TEST RIDE WITH ME. I WAS IN SHOCK AT THE DIFFERENCE. JUST A PERSONAL NOTE I FOUND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PLAY WITH YOUR SPORT TAKE THE TRACTION CONTROL OFF. THIS TRULY GIVES YOU THE FULL HORSEPOWER FOR THE COMPUTER DOES NOT TRY TO CUT YOU BACK DUE TO WHEEL SLIPPAGE. MY FRIEND HAS A 2007 MUSTANG GT. STOCK MANUAL HE COULD NOT KEEP UP. ALL AROUND STEEDA HAS DONE IT AGAIN GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Fits V6 Mazda!
Love the Steeda front sway bar for my 08 Mazda6 GT ! Thats right it fits ! The V6 MAZDA 6 is a forgotten stepchild. Only sold in N.America. There is NO substitute for CI ! So thats why I am shopping here. Bet there is more crossover parts between the two cousins. Steeda please measure ,check and list! Love that 3 liter Duretec engine Bulletproof!
