These Ford Performance Super 8.8" 4.09 gears are a great way to make massive acceleration gains on your IRS 2015+ Mustang! Steeda equipped its world-record-breaking NA 2018 Mustang GT with this gear set for the 10.98 second run in February of 2018. Factory gears are set for a great balance between fuel efficiency and performance, leaving some performance left to be pulled out. This means a gear swap can make a major difference for getting more out of your vehicle.
The kit includes a pinion gear, a ring gear, a pinion nut, and a crush sleeve. Since it's a Ford Performance product, you'll have no issues with fitment, though the gear set is not compatible with a 3.15 differential. If your car has a 3.15 ratio you must use either M-4204-MT or M-4204-M.
