Mach-E

In 2020, Ford debuted the most revolutionary (and controversial) new model in decades with the Mustang Mach-E SUV. Effectively the opposite of the Mustang in design, the Mach-E ushered in a new era in Ford's history by bringing a performance-oriented electric family vehicle into the market, competing against no other vehicle outside of Tesla's Model Y. With high performance woven into its body throughout, the Mach-E manages to combine sporty looks, near-perfect weight distribution, and athletic performance into a utilitarian body for the whole family to enjoy. With racing variants showcasing the performance capabilities of the new platform and electric power, The Mach-E was designed to challenge the norm of what the electric vehicle could be, making it more affordable for everyone while looking good and driving even better than it looks.

Like we have since the Fox Body Mustang, we at Steeda have taken it upon ourselves to help you make your Mach-E look, drive, and perform exactly how you want it to. Steeda has been leading the market in modifying the Mach-E for performance and for aesthetics or anything in between and we have been following the same mindset with the Mach-E as we have for over 30 years with the Mustang, F-150, and more. If you want to make your Mach-E stand out even more from the crowd than it already does, contact one of our specialists here at Steeda to help you modify your Mustang Mach-E.

Just like many other leading vehicles, Ford knew they would have to develop something truly special when developing their first all-electric SUV to become one of the best-selling electric SUVs on the market. Competing primarily against the more expensive Tesla, the Mach-E offers a performance and value bargain while occupying the same market. As a result, Ford chose to name the vehicle in the same family as the Mustang to show that they are serious about performance figures. The Mustang Mach-E as a result became a medium-to-high-performance SUV for the masses to enjoy for a lower price than its Tesla competition.

Available in five trim levels with different power output and performance figures, the Mach-E has an available maximum output of 480 horsepower and can get a range of over 300 miles per charge, keeping it in line with quite a few other vehicles including matching the GT500's 0-60 mph time. Being electric, the Mach- has instant acceleration and a low center of gravity which allows it to handle as if it were a performance car as opposed to an SUV. In addition to instant acceleration, the electric platform in the vehicle also makes it cheaper to maintain, with no need for fueling, oil changes, or much outside of new tires and brakes. Without the need to do more than plug in the vehicle overnight, the Mach-E is one of the least-expensive performance vehicles to run since it has fewer moving parts than most vehicles.

While you can't modify the performance of the Mach-E in the same way as a non-electric vehicle, you can still make your Mustang Mach-E perform better than ever before. With upgrades for your brakes, suspension, chassis, and more, Steedaoffers tons of customization and performance modifications that will help you make your Mach-E unique and ready for anything, whether that means a weekend with the family or a night at the drag strip or anything in between. The Mach-E is easily able to be worked on to improve handling, traction, stopping power, and aerodynamics through various methods. As a result, the Mach-E is a new venture for us as we develop the next line of performance SUVs for the thrill-seeker searching for instant torque and speed.
